We especially loved the sliding glass doors in the breakfast nook, which allowed us to enjoy breakfast while protected from the rain or bathed in sunlight. the staff were wonderful, striking the perfect balance between respecting privacy and being available when needed. the historical charm of the property blended seamlessly with modern elegance. We also appreciated the convenient location, allowing us to easily explore Florence, Siena, and Pisa while still enjoying a relaxing evening at the property. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful original ceiling beams and a pleasant aroma. the on-site parking and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. a delightful experience with charming touches and a touch of magic. We got great value for our money at Relais Montepepe. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was beautiful and conveniently situated between Lucca and Cinque Terre. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That our room was not very comfortable or practical. It had a steep spiral metal staircase without a banister, which made it difficult to navigate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully presented and perfect for adults seeking a peaceful and quiet getaway. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, providing top-notch service. The pool was lovely and the loungers were incredibly comfortable. The rooms with sea views were definitely worth it, as the views of the area were truly stunning. The breakfast service and the staff serving it were also excellent. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
